System Branchcore exists for dealing rooms and branch trading offices that need controls advice grounded in how tickets, confirmations, and settlements actually move.
Registered name and history
System Branchcore Co., Ltd. is the official registered business name. The firm was established in 2014 in Taipei after its founding partners spent years supporting brokerage branches through internal audit cycles and post-incident control clean-ups.
Early work centered on procedure rewrites for equities desks in Neihu. Demand soon expanded to full internal controls assessments, policy drafting for gifts and personal trading rules, and briefings for newly appointed control owners across Taiwan(China).
Today the practice remains deliberately narrow: compliance and internal controls consulting for trading offices. We do not sell software, run a marketplace, or package generic “transformation” programmes. Clients come for written findings, workable manuals, and people on the floor who understand their duties.
How we work
Engagements begin with a scoping call and a document request list. On the floor we observe handoffs before we score gaps. Drafts always pass a factual check with your control owners. Final workshops assign owners and dates — so remediation does not evaporate after the closing meeting.
